Ashley Welch - Paraeducator
I started off working in early childcare from 2013 to 2019. I got my associate's degree in Early Childhood Education while working in early child care. I then switched to the school setting and have been working as a para for the last two years while working on getting my bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education/Special Education. I enjoy reading a good book, spending time with my family, and love taking adventures to different places in Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine.
