Kylie Hebard grew up in South Royalton and ventured off to “the city” (as small-town folks refer to Burlington) and got her Bachelors in Social Work through Champlain College. Kylie has experience in the mental health field working in a residential treatment program for youth ages ranging from 5-17 years of age.
